Foundation and Initial Structuring
BSM Kompresör Makinaları San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. started its operations in 1996 in the Pınarbaşı district of İzmir with a corporate service and supply focus by Levent Şahin and Cengiz Adağ. Its founding approach was positioned on the principles of sustainable service, reliable supply, and rapid technical support in the field for compressed air systems.
Aegean Region-Focused Operational Model
The corporate operational model was structured with a focus on the Aegean Region, and pre-sales needs analysis, correct product/service matching, and service management ensuring continuity in the field were standardized under a single plan. This period is positioned as the phase in which the customer portfolio deepened in the corporate segment and process discipline was strengthened.
Integration in Supply, Project Planning, and Service
Compressed air solutions were addressed not only as product supply, but also end-to-end together with system project planning and after-sales technical service layers. Thus, businesses’ energy efficiency, operational continuity, and maintenance planning requirements were managed within a more controlled framework.
Standardization and Scalability in Service Processes
Process standardization aimed at improving field service performance was expanded to cover planned maintenance, fault management, spare parts coordination, and reporting workflows. The goal is to minimize downtime in businesses and sustainably increase system efficiency.
Corporate Continuity and Future Focus
BSM Kompresör continues to maintain its İzmir-based corporate positioning and to carry out supply, project planning, and service management in compressed air systems with an integrated service model. The priority is measurable service quality aligned with customer operations and a long-term business partnership approach.
